Start with the number of guests and their tastes: someone may not eat meat, and someone else may not like seafood. Then look at the weight and the number of portions. The mozzarella and cherry tomato set has 16 skewers, while mini burgers or croissants come 9 to a box. So one such box won’t be enough for ten guests.
